Mongolia and Japan Discuss Airport Expansion, Visas and EPA Trade
State Great Khural Chairman S. Byambatsogt met Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi and called for regular parliamentary exchanges. The sides reviewed a proposed concessional ODA loan for expansion of Chinggis Khaan International Airport, on which the parliamentary notice said agreement in principle had been reached. Mongolia also requested visa-free short stays and raised the limited use of export opportunities under the bilateral Economic Partnership Agreement.
