Prime Minister N. Uchral addressed the eleventh Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok and described Mongolia's goal of becoming a stronger transport, trade and investment connection in the region. He highlighted logistics, energy, technology and human development as areas for cooperation and linked the agenda to Mongolia's multi-pillar foreign policy.

Mongolia's location between China and Russia creates corridor opportunities but also operational dependence on neighboring infrastructure and border procedures. Progress will need compatible rail and customs systems, predictable transit arrangements, commercial demand and transparent project finance. The forum statement expressed policy intent; it was not a final investment decision for any named corridor project.
