Prime Minister N. Uchral met Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. The sides agreed to work on legal conditions for air cargo and expand cooperation across trade, transport, tourism, education and culture.
The government announcement does not establish a new scheduled cargo route, published freight rates or guaranteed shipment volumes.
