Deputy Prime Minister T. Dorjkhand and UAE Energy and Infrastructure Minister Suhail Al Mazrouei signed an energy-cooperation memorandum in Dubai. The Mongolian government also reported discussions on green energy and data centres.
The memorandum establishes a cooperation framework. It does not itself confirm project financing, contracted generation capacity or commercial hydrogen exports.
