Parliament Speaker Byambatsogt Sandag worked in Tuv aimag on August 20, reviewing winter preparation, harvesting, hay and fodder, local economic conditions and investment projects.

He visited Khos Bers Agro Farm in Argalant soum, an integrated operation cultivating roughly 1,600 hectares of wheat, rye, oats and fodder crops. It keeps more than 160 cattle and 1,000 small livestock, reports summer milk production capacity of up to 1.2 tonnes a day and covers nearly 80 percent of feed costs through its own production. The Speaker said policy work would examine per-liter milk incentives, land for dairy-feed cultivation and tax measures. These are proposed areas for review, not enacted new benefits.
