A Green Station powered entirely by solar energy opened at Tasgany Ovoo in Chingeltei District. The facility can fast-charge four electric vehicles simultaneously, according to the Mongolian government.

The notice said 38 chargers installed nationwide can currently serve 75 cars at the same time and more than 670 green vehicle plates have been issued. Near-term plans cover ten more chargers at seven sites in Ulaanbaatar and twenty chargers at ten local sites. MMS aims for 111 locations by 2028—83 in rural areas and 28 in the capital—within a broader ambition to provide fast charging at roughly 150-kilometre intervals. Network performance and utilization will need to be measured as it expands.
