Mongolia's government submitted the 2027 state-budget framework with balanced revenue of MNT 41.3 trillion, total expenditure of MNT 43.6 trillion and a planned deficit of MNT 2.306 trillion. It projects MNT 3.5 trillion in dividends from state-owned enterprises.

The proposal includes increases in base pensions and public-sector pay, selected health copayment exemptions, tax relief for monthly salary income up to MNT 792,000 and housing support for around 16,000 people. The government estimates the salary-tax measure would reduce the burden by MNT 840 billion. It also anticipates a first Oyu Tolgoi dividend and includes energy investments. These are draft budget parameters, not final appropriations.
