The Independent Authority Against Corruption reported reviewing 56 crime-related complaints and reports during August 3–9. Investigators recommended opening inquiries in nine matters, declining four and transferring one to the competent jurisdiction. Forty-two complaints remained under assessment.

The agency said investigative activity covered 1,038 criminal cases. It submitted recommendations to prosecutors to send six cases to court, close five and consolidate one, leaving 1,026 cases under active investigation. The report included allegations involving abuse of office, bribery, conflicts of interest and misuse of funds. All allegations and proposed dispositions remain subject to prosecutorial and judicial procedures.
